What If My Order Was Lost, Stolen, or Missing?

What Are Leo Labs’ Shipping Charges?
We offer free shipping for all subscription purchases and one-time purchases for orders over $75. For one-time purchases under $75, we charge $4.95 for shipping and handling fees.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Orders are processed for shipment within 2-3 days. After your order is processed, it takes 3-5 business days for the shipment to arrive. Processing may take longer if the order was placed around the Holidays or on a weekend, so please provide 1-2 days of extra time for us to process these orders.
How Do I Track My Package?
